Terms & Conditions
- The session fee is due at the time of booking and secures your session date. It is non-refundable. If your session needs to be rescheduled due to weather or illness, the fee will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Session fees include travel to a location within 40 miles of the studio. Travel fee will be added for locations outside of 40 miles.
- We accept checks, credit cards and cash.
- Approximately two to three weeks after your session you will receive an email announcing that your private on-line gallery is ready for viewing your proofs. Your proofs will be in this gallery for one month. After one month I will charge a $25.00 republishing fee to post them back to my web hosting. (We will be posting sneak peeks of a few of your images on Facebook and/or our blog). If necessary, we will schedule an ordering appointment to assist you with placing your order. If your order is not placed within a 3 months your proofs will be discarded.
